申請人須於 2026 年 1 月 2 日至 2026 年 1 月 16 日期間經「中㇐派位電子平台」或親身到本校遞交申請表。
親身遞交申請表者須:
- 填妥由教育局發出的『中㇐自行分配學位申請表』
- 本校中㇐入學申請表
- 身份證明文件影印本
- 小五和小六成績報告表及課外活動資料(如有)影印本，並附回郵信封兩個，親自交回本校。
Applicants should submit the application via SSPA e-Platform and upload the required documents or in person. The application period is from 2nd January, 2026 to 16th January, 2026.
If in person, please submit:
- the completed S1 Discretionary Application Form issued by Education Bureau
- the S1 Application Form of the School
- photocopies of school academic reports of P5 & P6 and records of extra-curricular activities (if applicable)
- 2 self-addressed and sufficient postage affixed envelopes.

Personal Information Collection Statement
1. 學校會遵守及履行《個人資料（私隱）條例》之規定處理所有個人資料。
The School will comply with the data protection principles of Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to process all personal information.
2. 所有有關申請入學的表格所載資料將只用作處理校內事宜。申請人的所有資料只限授權人士處理。申請未能成功的表格會於收生程序完成後銷毀。
The information collected will only be used for school internal admission records. Once collected, the information in the application form will only be processed by authorized persons. After the admission process, the forms of unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed.
