The three targets of action are as follows:

1. To pass on the “Fung Ling spirit”
2. To cater for learner diversity and enhance students’ language, self-directed learning and innovation and technology abilities in order to become visionary Funglingers
3. To cultivate in students a healthy and positive lifestyle and proper values so that they will contribute to their family, school, society and country
