The three targets of action are as follows:

1. To consolidate sustainable framework of Fung Ling Spirit to the end of smooth succession among generations.

2. To materialize senior secondary curriculum reform to cater to learners' diversity as well as to
facilitate self-directed learning built on cross-curricular language learning and e-learning.

3. To nurture positive values amongst our students for making contribution to the School and society as a whole.
